I checked out the SZ's on this forum before I bought mine, and they're were lots of posts complaining about this and that, and this is just my two cents.

This laptop is one of the finest pieces of equipment I have ever owned!!

Sure it's not perfect, but for what you get and the size and the price it really can't be beat.

The only complaint I have at all is the enormous power supply (kinda silly to have a 4 pound laptop with a 1 pound power supply), but I found a solution. Kingston makes a great mini-supply that is .6 ounces, slim, and looks like it belongs with the coolness of the SZ. Further, it has adapters for air and car as well as A/C in the box. It's about half the weight, and just looks right.

As for memory, I installed a 2x 533 1gb memory kit from crucial and it works great.

If you are looking for a small notebook 'THIS IS IT'

I thought Kingston made memory. I cannot find a power supply on kingston.com.
I love my SZ as well.

I think you mean Kensington power adapter.
I'm looking forward to buy the Kensington 120W for my S560.
But I wonder if you can attach a surge protector with it

I think its 4.1 because its without the CF case. The CF version is 3.7 (1.6kgs)
I have the Kensington power 120W and its nice and slim. My only gripe is that the tip sticks out of the back vertically, unlike Sont's brick that is angled at 90 degrees. Otherwise, it works fine.

If you're in the United States, some post offices have a scale in the lobby.
