I got Sony SZ320CP a week ago...really happy with my choice)) nice laptop...

I've been trying to burn DVD on it nad it takes me around 2.5 hours to burn one DVD using ROXIO digitalMedia and i've ruined 3 Dvd trying burn it using Nero....

it takes around less than 20 minutes to burn one DVD on my Desktop...So i am just curious is it supposed to be that long on laptops???

2.5?! that's too long... incredibly long.

maybe there's a setting on your burning software that makes it burn in different speeds.. and maybe its in the slowest setting.
