    Hi-

I have a sony sz360 that I purchased a little over a year ago on ebay. Overall, I've been really happy with it. However, I was never able to get the blue tooth to work despite trying several drivers. Then after a few months, I started have the trackpad problems that everyone has where the mouse would go crazy and start opening windows, etc. The trackpad problem was really intermittent for a while, but lately has gotten so bad - it actually doesn't work at all. I HAVE to use a mouse. Also, sometimes the keyboard stops working for a few minutes at a time.

The comp. does have a Frys.com 3 year service contract bought by the original owner. What I'm wondering is...should I send it to frys to be fixed. Is it worth the hassle? Will they be able to fix it? I haven't read good things about their customer service/tech support. The other option would be to try the electrical tape fix I read about. I feel like I should send it in since it's got a service contract, just want to know if I'm asking for trouble by doing that.

    Thanks!
