    Crazy thought, but thought I'd ask anyway. Does Sony have any plans on releasing an SZ without the Hybrid Graphics System? Like for example, SZ690 with only the Intel X3100.

    I personally dont need the weak 8400 and measly 64 vram, and the additional cost for a switching logic, and an extra GFX.

    I don't think so either...one of the claims to fame of the SZ was the capability of having the hybrid system.

    ISn't better when there is a hybird system? You may never have to switch over to the dedicated graphics card. Anyway are you just wondering if there is a cheaper version or not.
