    Hi guys!

I am preparing to fix the fan problem on my SZ480 BTO (2,33Mhz, 2Gb, 160Gb), I've read all great posts here and would like to thank you for that. I've got the vgnSZ.pdf for disassembly and would like to ask: does assembly manual exist? How do I find part numbers for specific parts I would like to replace (like screen hinges, WAN antenna rubber ring, lower chassis round rubber mats)? What materials do I need except thermal compound and filament tape Could you give any more advices except don't do it yourself? :) I am still unsure if part 1-787-628-11 is fan for SZ7 and not SZ1-4.

I replaced the fan in my SZ680 and found there are different fans with the same part number - very very annoying.
Rather than try to find exactly the right fan I hacked the one I had ordered and made it fit.
I found the information I needed in threads here.I'm sorry I don't have links to them, but if you search you'll find the information you need.
Hopefully someone with more helpful information chimes in.
