I just purchased a new, sealed in box, Sony SZ110B from a large dealer on E-bay for $1667 plus $29 shipping. This laptop is amazing. The screen is absolutely gorgeous and the keyboard space bar registers strokes even on the extreme right and left ends.

For the money, I don't feel like this laptop can be beat. For those of you who may not have or want to spend more money to buy a premium SZ90 or SZ160, you can be rest assured that the SZ110/120/140 series are still very, very nice machines.

I hope this non-technical, viewpoint helps you. I was really fearful after reading how much "better" the premium versions were that I might really be taking a chance by buying the non-premium laptop. I am very thrilled with this laptop.

I was considering the Sharp M4000, the Dell 710m, the ASUS and Acer laptops, and I picked this one over all of those.

I am not in the slightest bit disappointed.

So, I hope this might help any of you who are sitting on the fence with picking up a non-premium... for the money, I don't think they can be beat.

Klas, what is making you change your mind to sell? I'm a mac and Sony fan, but I love my sz (which I bought for around 700.00...due to my CC warranty from my last computer!!!) Hard to give up a deal like that right??!?

Hows your battery life? I'm having different issues with mine. I mean someting as easy as charging it and leaving it overnight will cause my battery to drain
