I have a SZ630 Sony laptop which came with Windows Vista. I ordered the downgrade disk straight from Sony which brought everything down to Windows XP Professional and since then, this has been an amazing laptop.

I havent synced my Treo 755p for quite some time now and I lost the cable. I know bluetooth works on my laptop because it sees my phone when it searches for it. I know bluetooth works on my phone because I use a BT headset for it all the time.

I downloaded the latest Palm Desktop and Palm Hot Sync manager from Palm's website. No matter what I do, I just cannot sync it together through bluetooth. Local USB and Local is checked in Hotsync Manager. Blue-tooh is turned on in both devices. It just can't properly sync.

Does anyone have any tips, suggestions? or even a step by step on how I can get this working? Thanks.
