Hey, i was wondering if there are any services that i am able to disable in order to free up any memory at startup? i have disabled start up of programs, but are there any services that are unimportant that i should be able to disable without affecting my laptop? I got a bunch of services running.. and i dont know which to disablethanks in advance

It is rather time consuming and risky if you want to stop startup programs and services one by one. If you have time (1 hour, 2 hour at max), backup your personal files and do a semi-clean install (which will remove all the bloatwares that sony has installed on your computer, that means no more unwanted startup programs and services). This method ensures that you don't disable anything crucial and it allows you to choose the vaio programs you want on your system.
I hope that helps and best of luck.

You can send an email to Ivan with Portable One who can sell you bloatware removal software that will do wonders on freeing up memory and removing all the junk software Sony puts in their computer. Your computer will run faster, I guarantee it. I just purchased my SZ780NW from them and is arriving in a couple of days. Hope this helps. The website is: http://www.portableone.com.
