i'm upgrading my Sony SZ680 with t7300 to t9300, but i found two different t9300 on the web which one is the correct one?
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 CPU SLAQG
Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 CPU SLAPV
or will both of them work?

Both will fit as they both use the same pin type 479. One uses BGA and one uses PGA type. The Ball grid array processors are typically used more in very thin or ultraportable notebooks.
I would tend to go with one that had the lowest voltage rating.
I have the T9300 processor in my notebook. I don't think that there is a way of me checking the exact type of processor i have though. -
Thanks for explaining it to me, it was clear and concise.

I upgraded my wife's SZ680 from the stock T7250 to T9300 not to long ago and it works great!
It was a Intel® Core™2 Duo Mobile Processor T9300 SLAYY.
It seems to me that the only difference between the SLAYY and SLAQG is slightly different VID voltage range.
Sony SZ680 upgrade T9300 which will work?
