Looking for more input on Sonys support, service, warranty follow through, etc. in relation to notebook purchases. With a notebook, and such a portable, thin one ... I'd really like to know the company behind it will step up and help, replace things should need be while in warranty, etc. So any input on their service - good, bad, inbetween, is helpful.Thanks!
