Yesterday, Sony posted updates for the Setting Utilities Series for Vista which fixes the "S" button issue I and apparently others have been having since updating to Vista. That is the last of my significant issues, other that the Vaio Power Management wich kind of works.

Agreed, but at least it worked. My "S" buttons are finally programmable again. Power Management also seems to be working better, but that might be my imagination.
The updates were posted on the product support page under O/S Migration.
