    For those daring enough to do it you can upgrade your Sony TR to have integrated Bluetooth just like the UK and Japan models. I figured out how to do it and detailed all the steps.

    Yeah, I was torn between the two also. In the past few months I've found the TR to be fairly upgradeable although with slightly more effort required than with the Fujitsu.

    I have turned my mild mannered Sony TR1AP (original model) into an "uber model" with integrated Bluetooth, integrated 802.11a/b/g wi-fi, and recently a DVD-R/RW burner. I do plan on upgrading the hard disk drive at some point but I'm waiting on Toshiba to release larger capacity 1.8" drives.

    At any rate, my TR is now fully mobile and fully connected! [ :D]
