    I downgraded to XP Pro a while ago and installed battery care, set my fill limit to 80%. I then reformatted with XP Pro and am unable to install the battery care function. Furthermore, the battery only charges to 80% still. Is this a setting in the bios? Anyone have a working version of battery care? TIA.
