    I'm considering getting a Sony VAIO FW and would purchase an extended warranty with ADH. Which one is better - the Sony 3 Year Express Ship Service Plan with ADH for Notebooks or the PROVANTAGE Sony Vaio NB Exp Ship Extended Service with Accidental Damage from Handling 3-Year? Anyone have to use either extended warranty? What was the outcome?

    To get the PROVANTAGE one do I have to purchase the laptop from PROVANTAGE at the same time as the warranty or can I purchase the laptop from sony style, for example and then purchase the PROVANTAGE warranty within 30 days?

    I read some of the posts on this subject, but couldn't find a conclusive answer. What confuses me is that some people stated that they purchased their VAIO from sony style, purchased the PROVANTAGE warranty, and then registered the warranty with Sony while someone else posted that according to Sonysyle's info, any extended plan with ADH coverage plans cannot be added after purchase and must be purchased at the same time you purchased the laptop.

    Where's the best place to purchase Sony VAIOs online?
