Did the flash/update complete with sucess?
That seems like its a failed BIOS update.

Search around if there is a rescue mode/blind flash method..

If not,you will need an hardware programmer and to find a BIOS DUMP(the whole bios) and flash it.

Thank you so much for your reply
I did the update normally and the setup complete as normal but after the reboot the fan start to load fully and then the laptop shutsdown first i thought it was a bad bios version i managed to enter into windows by holding the web key and i downloaded the bios again and it was the same version the setup complete normally but the pc wont start at all it keeps shutting down every time so i think that the version of the bios is the problem the thing is that i can't find the old version of bios in internet even in Sony website (R1020C5) i managed to see the motherboard type its (mbx261) but all versions of bios i can find is not the same as my old bios

Have you tried going into the BIOS, doing a load defaults/reset, save and reboot?

    Thats such an odd behaviour.

Yes thats the first thing i did but nothing change it keeps shutting off every time . Also i did remove the ram and hdd nothing the same problem i even remove the cmos battery from the motherboard but nothing keeps shutting off...
I will share a video with you it's the same case like mine but i know its not the gpu because i can enter into windows by holding the web or assist key all i saw was the cpu was runing hot even without doing nothing around (51..56°c) first i thought it was the fan but you can hear the fan loading at full speed
