Norton 2006 Firewall was installed on the laptop, as purchased, and is active. I am unable to turn it off or delete it as I am "not authorised". Trying to get my WIFI working. Laptop receives the signal max strength but will not let traffic flow. I suspect that Norton is blocking the traffic. Any help or advice appreciated.
