I fail to see the advantage of an internal module that confines you to one laptop over an EVDO card which can be used in any laptop with a card slot. Not to mention EVDO USB sticks are about to make their debut. A Geforce 7700 would be a better choice in the SZ than an EVDO module IMHO, if it were possible.
Regarding the TXN10, If it is the same as the UK version battery life may be a phenomenal 9 hours since they both have core solo. Not sure how much the EVDO module will lower that figure.

i have a verizon evdo card. it's quite bulky and i'm always looking to trim weight. that being said evdo blows edge away
