    The fan on my one year old VPCZ117 suddenly got very loud. I think its due to the dust buildup it have gathered over the year. I want to clean it badly, but fear voiding the warranty. Am I just suppose to send it into the shop? Anyone else have this problem?

    Yeah open it up discretely. download and print the vaio z screw arrangements. then open it up and clean the sucker.
