    I just bought a sony vaio vgn-cr150 laptop and it has this light in front of it,
    that every time i close the tap it turns on, does anyone know how to turn it off, its like white with some blue lines, below the multimedia keys.

    Find "VAIO Central" in your start menu. You can disable the LED there.

    Probably not. Look at the bright (I'm so funny) side: they're pretty inconspicuous.
