    Hi,

    I am helping a friend of mine who bought a laptop from China, to reformat his computer from vista to xp. But the problem is i couldn't find the drivers from Sony UK website as I am based there. However another problem is I can't read Mandarin. I suspect that I need to get from Sony China website. Can anyone advise me on this?

    p/s: I tried searching using the serial number and product no in the Sony website, but came back as a negative answer

    :) hi after many hours searching the web i had to translate Chinese to english and sore eyes with match sticks under the eye lids to keep awake i have found the drivers for the sony vgn-cr392 which i have up loaded to megaupload.com here is the link to download the the drivers for the xp downgrade you will need a winrar to exstract the files which is free from www.rarlab.com here is the link for the driver download http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZMQL00EW please share files and upload else where
