Let me start out by saying that this is my first post and I would appreciate any help or advice given. Thanks.

I was having issues with my laptop that I recently pulled out of storage and so I reinstalled OS (XP). Well Im not a computer genius, really I dont know to much about computer at all, but gave it a shot. Well, while doing so I deleted both partitions and now Im having issues with reinstalling them. I dont have the original discs any longer so I DL'd them from Sony itself (do have backup discs). Well while doing it I managed to run into some issues as expected and now i cant seem to reinstall the OS.
I DL'd and burnt a copy of the Drivers on a disc and this is how Im attempting to reinstall. The only problem though is I was told that I needed to install them in a particular order and as Im doing so Im finding that they site I reading off of labels drivers differently then the actual driver name. This is odd cause the site Im using is Sony itself. If there is anyone out there with any knowledge on the situation and can off some help I would be so grateful.

    Thanks
