Hello guys, I just bought some external speakers to use with my Sony laptop, but all I hear is bass and low quality sound coming from the amplifier. I plugged my speakers into the headphone jack on my laptop, there is no green colored hole that I can plug my speakers into.

I don't know anything about this issue, so I'm wondering if the laptop is compatible with using external speakers or not!?

Anyone shed some light on the subject for me? Thanks a lot.
