The laptop has got an Optic drive known as:
    Optiarc DVD RW AD-7560A ATA..

All was working well untill one day a few disks got coastered while burning.. I decided to update firmware.. My firmware at that time was called DS02.. I got updated to DS03.. Got it from this link:
    http://support.vaio.eu/downloads/in.../Updates/EP0000145203.exe&ip=EP0000145203.htm

Well then I did something really stupid.. I then by mistake updated it to D803.. Which turned out to be a driver for lenovo.. Not Sony..
    Got it here:
    http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/lenovo/drivers/2412/474.html

I've found an update to DS04 too now.. But it won't update no matter what..

I've tried reinstalling the driver.. Even restoring drive C: to factory condition but the driver now is D803..

My query here being, that i want to move to DS02 or DS03 or DS04.. How do I set my driver to Sony's again?

Also there is no option for rolling back the driver..

There is no support or anything for the optic drive on the internet..

Maybe someone having a sony laptop, with the same drive could give me their driver files or something..

    Thanks in advance..
