I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NS130E Laptop with a Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family card. I am looking to upgrade the card to more of a gaming one. Is there any cards that would work for an upgrade? For the most part the games would recommend - DirectX 9 compatible video card with Shader model 3.0. NVidia 7600, ATI X1600 or better. If there is no compatible cards with this, is there an external one I could get?

I don't think you can upgrade the GPU unless you do something crazy like:

Laptop GPUs usually are what they are. They don't offer upgrades.
