Hi, I damaged the plastic opening of the MS slot plastic during a repair. Do you know what this part is called and where may carry it? I only need the plastic housing that guides the MS to the MS card reader on the motherboard. Thanks.

I do not know, however the Hardware and/or Sony forums may get a better response.

I guess I will give an update. I looked high and low and finally found a company from ebay that sells laptop parts, and they sold me this part for ten bucks including S&H. Not cheap, but they got the part I needed, and now I can use my MS reader again. The company email is techexinc AT gmail DOT com if others are looking for hard to find parts.
