    Hi,
    Great Forum.
I recently bought a IBM Thinkpad T-60. Was Fine
until i injured my shoulder. Now I cannot carry as it is too heavy. Now I am looking for a light laptop, Currently the Sony VGN-TXN15P/W
is the lightest in the market (without battery around 800 grams).
My only doubt about buying the sony is that i really need oracle 9i (personal edition) and I would like to know the following :
Will the 1.2 Ghz processor be able to run oracle ?
Will oracle be slow on the laptop?

for me it is important the laptop is light and I can run oracle on it..

Just to point out I will not be using oracle for any heavy work like executing thousands of records
just to test some new synthax or learn some new synthax.

Any feedback would be great ?

    Thanks
