    I need help ))
My laptop is "done", no response at all on any key. When I restart, the window pop-up w with 2 options: start w/diagnose problem and start normally.
I did go with both options. Windows files were loaded and screen was black. No responses on any key, only mouse pointer react. I think the hard drive is gone.
    Does anybody experience this problem???
Is this a hard drive or Operational system crashed????

might be the former, but before that i would suggest that you try recovering to factory defaults first to see what happens

    EDIT:
though all your data will be overwritten, hopefully you do daily backups
