There appears to be an audio delay in everything i play and the same occurs if I connect up an external audio card. Any idea what could be wrong?
Recently my video card driver also crashed. Could that be a problem? what drives should i use for my nvidia? those from sony website?

    Cheers

Its the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver 6.0.1.6028 but the same thing happens with my external one. Could it be the nvidia drivers? Could i instal the 266.58_notebook_winvista_win7_64bit_international_whql from nvidia site?

You cant install that driver because... well, you've a hybrid graphics solution. Try the community created ones, or the official ones located in this thread:
