I'm getting a Windows error that "No Audio Output Device is Installed"

I have downloaded and re-installed the driver from the Sony site.

I have gone to Realtek and DL'd and installed any drivers that they have applicaable. I have uninstalled the device, from the device manager and re-installed.

    But I'm getting nothing.

This is a Core i7, with Windows 7 Ultimate x64

It happened to me once on my Z138GG. I spent a whole day trying to solve it...in the end a system restore solved the problem.

I dunno. Maybe you can try uninstall that "High Definition Audio Controller" with the exclamation mark, restart and see if it comes back.
