Is it possible to update the Sony Vaio CR to a solid state drive? my laptop is pretty much maxed out on stats, and if I can get a SSD in it, It will last me a verry long time which is also what I need, and be a lot faster!

Does anyone know if it's possible?

Also for Windows 7(I know wrong section)...if I do get the SSD and the upgrade version of Windows 7 would I have to install vista first then windows 7, or will windows 7 just ask for the vista cd key to upgrade from?

    Thanks a lot :)

I think you use the windows 7 cd key.
