    hi there just got a re furb CR22OE/L

    it being 2 days old the dvd drive is having probs. im running vista home premuim and i just looked up on the forms and apperntly it's been anwser many many times but i can't seem to find it!!!

    so hopefully some one could help me with this i have gone through many websites trying to find a solution!!! im going to try a restart... if that doesnt fix it... im callin sony

    what exactly is your problem?

    if it's with the DVD drive burning media, just keep in mind, most VAIO drives are extremely picky about what types of media they will write on. both of the VAIOs i own will not write or read any DVDs that are generic branded.
