    Hello everyone,

Ive recently have been having a problem with my laptop it is a sony vaio cs320j. The problem is the battery will not charge at all nor does the computer recognize it all. The only way it will remain powered is if i have it connected to the AC outlet. i keep receiving the error message "The installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer or may not be compatible with the computer press ok to enter hibernation mode and re-insert the battery" if its not the battery that is the problem i would like to know before going out and purchasing another one. Please help.

    Thanks!
