    Hi all,

First of all, congratulations for the forum! I'm reading it for some time and it's a great source of knowledge :).

I just bought a Sony Vaio Duo 13" (Intel core i5, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD). I'm considering the possibility to get an external 21:9 screen. According to other threads on this forum (for instance, http://forum.notebookreview.com/son...ries-owners-about-hdmi-resolution-output.html) this option sounds realistic, but I would like to get further opinions about this option, specially because a 21:9 screen as a different resolution than "regular" 4K screens (2560x1080 vs 2560x1440),

Do you think this option is feasible? If so, I guess that a direct HDMI connector should be enough, right?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi again,

I finally got the proposed screen, so I can reply to myself.

It works like a charm, without any kind of problem!

    Regards.
