Sony Vaio F MB or CPU Upgrade for AES-NI?

    Hello,

Two years ago, I decided to spring for what at the time was a tricked out Sony Vaio F (VPCF119HX):

    i7 Q820
    GeForce GT 330M
    Blu-ray Burner
    8GB RAM
    (Upgraded to an SSD myself)
    etc.

My problem is that I have to (and want to!) run full-disk encryption, and this processor seems to be one of the last shipped out that is not compatible with the AES New Instructions. (It also lacks a TPM, but I generally prefer TrueCrypt to BitLocker anyway). The hibernate and wake-from-hibernate are so slow that it's actually much faster to close everything and fully shut down, but that is its own set of annoyances.

So what I'd really like to do is upgrade just the CPU to something that uses AES-NI. I understand, though, that I probably have to replace the whole board. But I'm not sure where to start here, what compatibility limitations I might face because of changes in the case layout or whatever that might have taken place as the model evolved, etc.

Any help would be really great.
