    Sony Vaio F and SSD?

    i wonder if its possible to change the hdd in vaio f series to SSD drive. is it easy to change to SSD or do i need to send it to a sony service center for replacement. Any guides?

    what kind of SSD will it support? will it work with the vertex 2 modells?
