you have to say what game, is it more than one? do any games work properly? what version of directx do you have? what resolution and color depth is the computer running at? what settings are being used in the game? have you tried running the games under lower settings? what else have you done to troubleshoot the problem?

I've had the same issue. It happened twice in the first day. Flicker and unresponsive keyboard.

    1. First time occurred when watching a youtube clip.

    2. 2nd time occurred when I changed the dpi setting.

    The FZ LCD's native resolution is 1200 X 800. I don't know how you will run at 1920 X 1080.

Sorry, I misinterpreted your model F11Z to FZ11.

Really, you should provide some more details.

To start with, which Medal of Honor? If it's the one that was just released a week or two ago, there may be compatibility issues that need another driver update to resolve.

Second, do you have problems with other games or with regular (non-game) applications? Is the problem specific to this one game?

Which nVidia driver version are you using and how did you install it?

The fact that it works on an external screen but not on the F's LCD seems like a driver issue.

Does the external screen have the same resolution and refresh rate as your F? If they are different, then the first thing I'd try is changing the resolution on your F to the same resolution as your external display. Then see if the flicker is specific to certain resolutions. Also, is the external display connected by HDMI or VGA?

The second thing I would try is uninstalling the current driver and installing the latest one posted on the Sony eSupport page for your model. There is a tradeoff involved in using the latest drivers from nVidia versus using the ones from Sony. The latest nVidia drivers sometimes provide better performance, but often there are compatibility & stability issues with some laptops. The nVidia driver releases from Sony are few and far between, but they tend to be very stable.

If nothing works, it could be that the game is so new that it has exposed GPU specific compatibility issues that nVidia wasn't previously aware of. In that case, it's likely that other laptop users with the same GPU are affected. There might be no choice other than to put the game on the shelf temporarily until there is a patch, driver update, or workaround that fixes it.

Yeah i have try'd different resolutions and all that. Have test with both HDMI and VGA and no flicker at all.

Have test reinstall the whole laptop and test playing with the same result.

Thx for the qucik reply's btw!
