    Sony Vaio FE41S graphic problem

    I have a sony vaio fe41s and a can't acess windows.when I power up it open the bios and when it goes to boot all stay black.i tried to format but when i puted the windows 7 dvd all screen was black.when i puted the xp cd it installs good but when reboots to put the name and other stuffs all stay black like windows 7.i was thinkinh if my graphic card was gone or just need to replace the thermal mass or something like that.somebody help me please :confused:

    Let try going to safe mode.
    Have you tried replace a different ram?

    When I go in safe mode it work,installing xp (first part text mode) it works.when reach the time to graphic mode all goes black.How it is possible?Can be fixed?
