I can't seem to get the brightness keys to work. ~ Sony Vaio VGN-N365E.I have windows xp pro sp3 installed. Tried to install in this order 1.Sony Control Driver, 2.Sony Shared Library, 3.Sony Utilities DLL. Tried to install again booting between driver installs. Uninstalled these 3 drivers using Revo Uninstaller and tried again. Still doesn't work. No conflicting software btw (antivirus). Followed these steps from Live Chat Support.

Did you do a fresh install of the system? If you do, you will need to follow an exact order to install the drivers from beginning.
