    Hello,
    i want to buy a new VAIO, but i would like to make a memory update also(not from Sony). I have a question since i couldn't find a clear answer.The notebook uses a 200-pin RAM?Because i'm thinking on buying 2x1GB 200-pin DDR2 533 memory modules..Is this the right choice?
    Thank you

Yep, that's the right memory. I'd caution against the 2GB though, unless you know you need it. Anything more than 1GB probably won't benefit you that much. I'd look at Crucial, Kingston, Kingmax or Corsair. NewEgg.com usually has good prices.
