I'm having trouble with my Sony Vaio FW series in that whenever I hook my computer up to a television through my HDMI port the screen on the tv is always considerably darker than what is being displayed on my laptop. I've tried different brands of tvs, along with better quality HDMI cords and I still have the same problem. The only solution is to turn the brightness all the way up on the television which in turn does not look that good. Other peoples computers have had success when mines failed and this have been an ongoing problem for about a year now. Any suggestions to fix this would be appreciated.
