    Sony Vaio FW51 - Sata 300???

    Hi All

    I am looking to buy a new notebook, and very much like the look of the Sony Vaio FW51. However, my intention is to swap out the HDD as soon as it arrives for an SSD that I already have. My SSD has a reads at up to 220mb/s and writes at almost 200mb/s so I need the SATA II 300mb/s interface.

    I can't find out anywhere whether the Vaio FW51 supports SATA II 300 or not :( , can anyone help?
