I recently purchased a Vaio VGN-SR390 with HDMI output (ati mobility radeon hd 3470). When I pipe the HD to my HDTV, some of the top and bottom are cut off...almost the full height of the task bar. What settings do I need to change? thanks!

There are settings on the HDTV that need to be set and you have to find an acceptable resolution to set your laptop to. On my Sharp TV it's called Dot to Dot.

    Cheers,
