    Please can someone help,
    i have a sony vaio in oink yes very girly i know i need to change the colour can this be done can i buy or send it of to get the outside part changed, id be very greatful for some advice on this

    You have to send it back to Sony. Only they have the parts to change it, however, it's probably going to cost you an arm and a leg, and that's if they're willing to do it at all.

    Yes i am a girl ! i love it pink i didnt think it would be that hard to change ahh well, my other half needs to use mine as his is broken,still under warrenty but they say his will be gone for at least 14 weeks o they can determin what the problem is,that was the plan but seeing as its not easy then ill have to think of another alternative, thanks for your help!

    14 weeks? It isn't brain surgery, what manufacturer takes that long to "determine" the problem?

    I'm sure they said 14 days, or 4 weeks. 14 weeks is ridiculous.

    Doh, sorry yes 14 days lol typo! yees well he may be better just buying a new battery for it and not sending it off!
