I've a Sony Vaio Laptop VGN-CS25GN. Whenever I take backup in an external harddisk, I notice that it is taking lot of time, FOr about 4GB backup, it takes close to 1.5hrs or 2 hrs sometimes. Anyone has faced this problem and any suggestions?
