Purchased Vaio N250e/w 3 days ago. It was running perfectly until this afternoon. When I turned it on, the screen was blank. 15.4 inches of white nothing. Just white and bright. I think I can hear Vista running normally in the background although I'm not too sure since I can't see anything. Unit wasn't subjected to any physical abuse whatsoever. The only cause that I can think of is when I installed Avast 4 anti-virus program then uninstalled Norton and MS Office 2007 evaluation programs. The unit was running ok after uninstall though. Really don't know what's wrong. So does Sony tech support. Has anybody encountered the same problem? Please help!
