    I just bought a vaio sz450 and I would like to buy extended warranty for it. Where can I purchase extended warranty for it since I purchased it through Amazon.

    You can purchase it through Sony. You should have a link on your computer in the Sony directory.

    If you register, they'll send you plenty of opportunities to get an extended warranty before the first year is up. Mine will be a year old next month. I wonder if I need it....

    Really? The Sony Store sales told me you have 20 days after purchase! After 20 days, you can buy the extended warranty.

    Yep. I got mine from Circuit City and have gotten several letters from Sony offering me an extended warranty in the past couple of months.
