I managed to purchase the S15 and I've had it for ~4 months now. The display was the biggest thing I liked about this notebook but now I'm starting to notice that the colors - although very nice - are off by a lot. For example the background of this website: David Heinemeier Hansson is suppose to be a light gray, but what I'm seeing is a light yellow-caramel. It's difficult to choose a background color for my website because when I open it on a different machine it looks completely different.
I'm curious, do the other notebooks from Sony have this display quality?

i'ts look yellow-caramel in mine VAIO PRO and it's absolutely the best screen I have ever seen in a laptop .

it is indeed yellow caramel. ish
I even checked the css.

Hahaha, It's grayish white on mine!!!!! VPCCB15FA 15.5" 1080 FULL HD screen.

Regardless, I still think this display is gorgeous. I'm looking at my old B series from 2008 and the difference is amazing (in S' favor of course).

What browser are you guys using? I used chrome, you should check with IE and firefox! It's also possible you guys might be color blind, there are some test online LOL. I think we have the exact same screens.
