Hi. My laptop describe above will not connect to a wireless connection. Recently switched to a new router and it will not connect. The wireless switch light on the front turns on and stays on at all times. This was working fine prior to the change in router. Other laptops are capable of signing in. It will not connect at home or free Wi-fi locations. What would cause a sudden issue with the wireless connection. And what steps do I need to take to fix it? I've gone into my connection settings as well and can't see what would cause the issue. Laptop is 3 yrs old, but wasn't used for a year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!
