The center part on the DC jack of the laptop has come off and got lost, the adapter plug wouldn’t stay in the computer female plug and was very loose and lap top would not power on. I’ve purchased a replacement plug on EBay and installed it (simple install plug is not attached directly to the board via sadder but rather has its own short cable and a two contact harness). After installation checked the voltage at the board on the harness contacts all good 19.x VDC. Press the power button.. nothing, put the battery in and let it sit over night still nothing no beet, no lights. Does anyone know if there is a reset procedure for this laptops or any other valuable information that might help me out. Thanks.
