I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-NS305D that I use in my work vehicle as well as in my home. I was wondering if it would be possible to place the laptop in the trunk of my vehicle and then connect it with a touch screen in the cab of my car so I can run the Vaio on the touch screen?
Im not sure if or how I would get it to work. That is why I am coming here for help..

    Any info helps. Thank You

That could work. Last I knew Lilliput was the leader in computer touch screens for vehicles, that could be terribly out dated now. What you would need is high quality video and usb extensions. The problem with touch screens used to be the resolution, now you could probably find a touch screen for a desktop and maybe run it off of a power inverter. You'd have to have good air space around the computer in the trunk, maybe some active cooling outside the laptop, or one of those laptop cooling stations.
